The Diaconia community center is an information desk offering:

• Information on your rights 
• Information and support during administrative procedures, including applying for asylum, converting/renewing your ‘permesso di soggiorno’, family reunification, visas, Italian citizenship, travel documents, information about economic remittances, etc.
• Referrals for other local services, such as social and health services, canteens, overnight shelters, the Revenue Agency, job center, CAAF/Charitable institution, and INPS
