Personal support in your native language

Ipso Care runs an online counseling helpline for practical advice and support.

Support is provided via a secure, confidential video-link. You can call our counselors from your smartphone, tablet or a computer from any location in the world. You will see your counselor through a video connection.

You can speak to a trained counselor who speaks your native language and is the same gender as you. 
The counselor can help you gain a new perspective on issues, such as:

• Building a positive future for your children, family and yourself.
• Dealing with issues that are bothering you and how to deal with difficult situations (such as difficult experiences, personal difficulties, family conflicts, stress, sleeping problems, etc.)
• Adjusting to life in another country.
• Supporting a family member who is going through a difficult time.

The conversation with your counselor is via a secure connection and nothing you say will be shared anywhere.
