• Referrals and help finding the services you need
• Legal assistance during civil and criminal proceedings
• Support with your asylum claim 
• Legal assistance for appeal in case of a negative decision of the Commission
• Referral for lawyers
• Support with administrative procedures, such as getting or renewing residence permits ('permesso di soggiorno') citizenship, and family reunification
• Assistance and interpretation when you go to public authorities, such as the Questura or Prefettura
• Assistance for people who have experienced discrimination at their workplace
• Assistance for people who have experienced religious or racial discrimination
