Centro Astalli offers a variety of services for asylum-seekers and refugees, including:

• Information on your rights
• Legal assistance, including one-on-one counseling, accompaniment to the Questura, information about the asylum procedure, help preparing for your asylum interview, appeals on negative decisions, etc.
• Help getting and renewing documents, such as residence permits, driver's licenses, etc.
• Information about IOM's assisted voluntary return program

You do not need an appointment to speak with a legal advisor.
You may need an appointment for further assistance. The legal advisor will help you make an appointment.

Additional Information

You will have a short registration the first time you come.
New registrations take place Monday - Friday in the morning (9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.) and afternoon (4 - 7 p.m.).

You will get a registration card that you should bring with you for all Centro Astalli services.
